  • Building & Supply Chain Mastery: Having successfully managed a construction and building material supply firm in Maryland for over four years, Ms. Modhugu brings an insider’s advantage to the development process. This expertise allows her to manage internal labor teams and source premium materials, ensuring structural integrity and cost-efficiency.
  • State & Federal Program Familiarity: Zerumo is SAM.gov verified and GATA registered, with strong familiarity of state and federal development norms, affordable housing requirements, and grant-oriented planning to keep projects aligned with real-world public program expectations.
